MOLNLYCKE Mepilex Lite Dressing 2.4" x 3.4 " is made of a thin flexible absorbent pad of polyurethane foam, coated with a soft silicone wound contact layer (Safetac) and a water vapor-permeable polyurethane film backing. Mepilex Lite is designed for the management of a wide range of non to low exuding wounds. Mepilex Lite is a highly conformable dressing that absorbs exudate and maintains a moist wound environment. The Safetac layer seals around the wound edges, preventing the exudate to leak onto the surrounding skin, thus minimizing the risk for maceration. Can be cut to suit various wound shapes and locations. 5 dressings per box. Sold by the box.
